Please read them together with the Booking & Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

1. Operator

The website and services are operated by [LEGAL COMPANY NAME], EIK/company registration number [EIK / COMPANY REGISTRATION NUMBER], VAT number [VAT NUMBER, IF APPLICABLE], registered address [REGISTERED ADDRESS], trading as Reset Recovery.

Clinic address: 24 Lerin St., Belite Brezi, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria. Email: contact@resetrecovery.bg. Telephone: [PHONE NUMBER].

2. Website information is not emergency or personalised medical advice

The website gives general information about physiotherapy, rehabilitation, sports recovery, massage, manual therapy, consultation and assessment. It is not a diagnosis, prescription, emergency service or substitute for an individual assessment by an appropriately qualified professional. Results vary and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

For an emergency or severe or rapidly worsening symptoms, call 112 or seek urgent medical care. Do not wait for a website reply or appointment.

3. Appointment requests and formation of the service agreement

Submitting the online form is a request only. It does not automatically reserve a slot or create an obligation to provide treatment. Reset Recovery reviews requests manually. A service agreement for the appointment is formed when we expressly confirm the date, time and service, subject to appropriate clinical assessment and these terms.

Reset Recovery currently has one therapist, so version 1 does not offer a therapist choice. We may recommend an initial consultation or assessment before physiotherapy, rehabilitation, massage or another requested service. We may adapt, postpone, stop or decline a service where necessary for safety, professional standards, capacity or clinical suitability.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact and booking information, read confirmations and tell us promptly about relevant changes. Before or during care, you must provide information reasonably needed for safe treatment, including relevant health conditions, medication, allergies, injuries, pregnancy, recent procedures and professional advice already received. You should ask questions if anything is unclear and follow reasonable safety and aftercare instructions.

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, impersonate another person or submit unlawful, abusive or misleading content.

5. Clinical consent and minors

Clinical information, choices, risks and consent are addressed as appropriate before a service. Booking confirmation alone is not clinical consent. You may ask questions and may withdraw consent to a service, subject to payment or late-cancellation consequences that lawfully apply.

For minors, a parent or legal guardian must be involved as required by the person’s age, the nature of the service and Bulgarian law. Reset Recovery may require their consent or attendance and may postpone the service if the necessary arrangements are not in place.

6. Prices, payment and invoices

Prices are those displayed or communicated for the confirmed service, subject to correction of an obvious error before performance. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due in full online or at the clinic; no deposit model applies in version 1.

No online payment provider is currently configured. If online payment is introduced, it will be processed by [ONLINE PAYMENT PROVIDER — TO BE CONFIRMED] under that provider’s applicable payment and privacy terms. Reset Recovery does not intend to store full card details. You remain responsible for any accurate billing information reasonably required by law.

7. Cancellations, rescheduling, lateness and refunds

The Booking & Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms. In summary: at least 24 hours’ notice permits cancellation or rescheduling and a full refund of an online prepayment; with less than 24 hours’ notice, a prepayment is non-refundable; a no-show is treated as a late cancellation; late arrival may shorten the session while the full scheduled price remains due; and a clinic-initiated cancellation offers a no-charge replacement or full prepaid refund. Please read the full policy for details and exceptions.

8. Availability and website changes

We aim to keep the website reasonably available and accurate but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend features for security, maintenance or legal reasons and may update services, prices, availability and content. A change will not remove a mandatory consumer right or retrospectively change a confirmed appointment without contacting you.

9. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, text, graphics, logo and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Reset Recovery and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view and make a personal copy for lawful, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, publish, sell, adapt or exploit a substantial part without permission, except where law allows.

10. Third-party services and links

The site may use or link to independent services such as Google Maps, Cloudflare Turnstile and a future online payment provider. Their availability and processing are governed by their own terms and privacy information. A link is provided for convenience and does not make Reset Recovery responsible for independent third-party content, except to the extent mandatory law provides otherwise.

11. Responsibility and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Within those limits, Reset Recovery is responsible for direct loss that is a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use the legally required professional care. We are not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate or withheld information, failure to follow reasonable instructions, an inherent and properly explained risk, or events outside our reasonable control. We are not responsible for indirect or purely economic loss such as lost income or travel costs unless that loss was reasonably foreseeable and recoverable under mandatory law.

No healthcare or recovery result can be guaranteed. This does not reduce the therapist’s duty to exercise the professional standard of care required by applicable law.

12. Privacy and cookies

The Privacy Policy explains how personal data, including health data, is handled. The Cookie Policy explains consent choices and third-party technologies. These policies form part of the information provided to website users but do not replace any separate clinical information or consent.

13. Complaints and dispute resolution

Please first send a complaint to contact@resetrecovery.bg with enough detail for us to investigate. We will aim to acknowledge and respond within a reasonable period. You may also contact the competent Bulgarian authority, including the Commission for Consumer Protection for consumer matters or the Commission for Personal Data Protection for data-protection matters, and may use any applicable alternative-dispute or court procedure.

14. Governing law and courts

These terms and the services are governed by Bulgarian law. The competent Bulgarian courts have jurisdiction, without depriving a consumer habitually resident in another country of any mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights that applicable law grants them.

If a Bulgarian and English version differ, the Bulgarian version prevails to the extent permitted by law. This rule does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

15. General provisions and contact

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. We may update these terms for future website use or appointments; the version applying to a confirmed appointment will not be changed retrospectively without agreement or lawful grounds.

Questions about these terms may be sent to contact@resetrecovery.bg or [PHONE NUMBER].

Terms & Conditions Last updated: 16 August 2026 These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Reset Recovery website and the process for requesting and receiving services.
