This Cookie Policy explains how the Reset Recovery website uses cookies and similar technologies. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on a device when a website is used. Similar technologies include browser storage, pixels, scripts and device identifiers. They can be placed by Reset Recovery (first party) or by an external service (third party).
3. Our consent approach
Strictly necessary technologies may operate without consent because they are required for security, core website functions, remembering consent choices or a service specifically requested by you. Optional technologies are disabled until you choose the relevant category in the consent banner. Rejecting optional technologies does not prevent access to the main website, although an optional feature such as the map may remain unavailable.
You can accept, reject or manage optional categories in the banner. You can later change or withdraw your choice through the “Manage consent” link available on the site. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
4. Technologies currently used
Consent management — Complianz
Complianz uses necessary first-party preference records, commonly with names beginning cmplz_, to remember a visitor’s consent choices and the applicable policy version. These records are not used for advertising.
Language preference — TranslatePress
The language feature may remember whether Bulgarian or English was selected so the requested language can be shown on later visits. This is a functional preference and is not used for advertising.
Shop and session functions — WooCommerce
If shop or checkout functions are used, WooCommerce may use first-party session technologies such as woocommerce_cart_hash and woocommerce_items_in_cart for the browser session, and wp_woocommerce_session_* for up to two days, to keep cart/session state. Order-attribution cookies, if enabled, expire with the visitor session and are not intended for cross-session remarketing. No online payment provider is currently configured; a future provider will be identified as [ONLINE PAYMENT PROVIDER — TO BE CONFIRMED] before online payments are offered.
Security and anti-spam — Cloudflare Turnstile
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. It processes technical signals such as IP address, browser/device characteristics and challenge results. A cf_clearance cookie may be issued only where the relevant Cloudflare challenge or pre-clearance configuration requires it. Turnstile is treated as a security function; Cloudflare’s current privacy information is available at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.
Map — Google Maps
The Contact page contains an embedded Google map. The map is optional and is blocked until the relevant consent is given. If you enable it, Google may receive the IP address, device/browser information, referring page and interactions with the map, and may set or read Google cookies or similar identifiers under its own settings. Google’s current privacy information is available at policies.google.com/privacy. You can use the written clinic address without enabling the map.
5. No analytics or advertising trackers in version 1
As of the update date above, the site is not configured with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel or another advertising/marketing tracker. Optional marketing cookies are not intentionally used in version 1. If this changes, the consent categories and this policy must be updated before those tools are enabled.
6. Current cookie and service information
The services and technologies currently identified on this site are described above. Complianz also performs periodic scans so the configuration can be reviewed when the website changes. Third-party providers may change their own cookie names or durations; their current policies control those technologies. Optional technologies load only after the matching consent choice.
7. Browser controls
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser. Blocking strictly necessary storage may affect features such as language, cart/session or saved consent choices. Browser settings do not replace the site’s consent control for technologies already allowed; use “Manage consent” to change the website choice as well.
8. Changes and questions
