WHAT'S INCLUDED

Five Stages.
One Complete Recovery Session.

Sports Recovery at Reset Recovery is a structured recovery session designed for athletes and physically active people following training, competition or periods of intensive physical activity.

Rather than relying on one recovery technique, the session combines five complementary approaches Sports Recovery Massage, Cupping Therapy, Infrared Therapy, Joint and Soft Tissue Mobilization, and Normatec® compression.

Each stage is performed in sequence and is designed to complement the next, bringing together hands-on treatment and recovery technology within one complete session.

The session is focused on supporting recovery after physical activity, addressing muscular tension and fatigue, promoting joint and soft-tissue mobility, and helping the body prepare for upcoming training or competition.

01 · SPORTS RECOVERY MASSAGE

Start With Targeted Recovery Massage

Focused hands-on treatment to begin the recovery process after physical activity.

The Sports Recovery session begins with a specialized massage focused on muscles that have been stressed through training, competition or other intensive physical activity.

The treatment is designed to reduce muscular tension, improve local circulation and promote muscle relaxation, helping prepare the body for the recovery stages that follow.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Focused work on muscles affected by training and physical load.
Massage techniques designed to support circulation within the treated areas.
Helps reduce the feeling of tension and prepares the body for the next stages.

02 · CUPPING THERAPY

Targeted Cupping for Soft-Tissue Recovery

Controlled negative pressure used to support circulation, fascial mobility and soft-tissue recovery.

As the second stage of the Sports Recovery session, medical-grade cups are applied to selected areas using controlled negative pressure.

This technique is used to stimulate local blood circulation, improve fascial mobility and help release tension within the soft tissues before progressing to the next stage of the recovery session.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Controlled negative pressure is used to stimulate circulation in the treated areas.
Cupping is used to support movement within the fascia and surrounding soft tissues.
The technique helps release areas of tension within the soft tissues.
CUPPING THERAPY
03 · INFRARED THERAPY

Gentle Heat to Prepare the Soft Tissues

A warming stage designed to support circulation and prepare the muscles for the hands-on treatment that follows.

Infrared Therapy forms the third stage of the Sports Recovery session, providing deep, gentle heating to the soft tissues after the cupping stage.

The warming effect is used to support local circulation and help prepare the muscles and surrounding tissues for the joint and soft-tissue mobilization techniques used next in the session.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Gentle infrared heat is used to warm the muscles and surrounding soft tissues.
This stage is designed to support circulation within the areas being treated.
Warming the tissues helps prepare the body for the hands-on mobilization stage that follows.

04 · JOINT & SOFT TISSUE MOBILIZATION

Improve Mobility and Movement Quality

Precise hands-on techniques focused on joint movement and soft-tissue mobility.

Joint and Soft Tissue Mobilization forms the fourth stage of the Sports Recovery session, using controlled manual techniques to work with the joints and surrounding soft tissues.

The treatment is designed to improve joint mobility, enhance soft-tissue movement and support better overall movement quality before progressing to the final compression stage.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Manual techniques are used to support freer and more comfortable movement through the joints.
The treatment focuses on improving movement within the muscles and surrounding soft tissues.
Mobilization helps prepare the body to move more efficiently following training or intensive physical activity.

05 · NORMATEC® COMPRESSION

Finish With Sequential Compression

A technology-assisted final stage designed to support lower-limb recovery after intense physical activity.

The Sports Recovery session concludes with intermittent pneumatic compression using Normatec® compression boots by Hyperice.

Sequential air compression is used to support lower-limb recovery, promote circulation-related return and drainage, and help reduce the feeling of heaviness after training or competition.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Sequential compression is used to support recovery in the legs following intensive physical activity.
The compression cycle is designed to support venous return and lymphatic drainage in the lower limbs.
