CHIROPRACTIC CARE
Chiropractic care at RESET Recovery is a manual approach focused on improving mobility and function of the spine and joints, reducing pain and muscle tension, and restoring normal movement. Every visit begins with an individual assessment to determine whether chiropractic care is appropriate for you.
Movement Starts With the Right Assessment.
Chiropractic care at RESET Recovery begins with an individual assessment of your symptoms, movement, mobility and functional condition. This allows us to understand your needs and determine whether chiropractic treatment is suitable for you.
The approach may be appropriate for neck, back and lower-back pain, joint stiffness, restricted mobility, muscle tension, certain types of headaches, sports injuries and physical overload.
Chiropractic care is not suitable for every patient. When necessary, additional examinations or consultation with another medical professional may be recommended. Safety and individual assessment always come first.
Understand How Your Body Is Moving
A clinical assessment before any manual treatment.
Your first visit begins with a discussion about your symptoms, medical history, physical activity and daily routine.
We then assess your movement, joint mobility and functional condition to identify areas of restriction and determine the most appropriate approach for your individual needs.
Precise, Controlled Manual Techniques
Treatment selected according to your assessment.
When chiropractic care is appropriate, precise and controlled manual techniques may be used to improve joint mobility, reduce muscle tension and support more comfortable movement.
During some techniques, you may hear a characteristic “popping” sound. This is caused by changes in pressure and the release of gas bubbles within the joint fluid. It is a normal response and does not mean that a bone has cracked or been damaged.
Your Next Step Is Based on Your Response
Treatment that adapts to you.
After the first visit, we discuss how your body responded and determine whether further chiropractic sessions or another approach would be more appropriate.
For athletes, treatment may also focus on optimizing mobility, reducing muscle tension and supporting recovery after physical activity.
If additional assessment or medical investigation is needed, we may recommend consultation with another appropriate healthcare professional.
Begin With a Chiropractic Assessment
Your first chiropractic appointment begins with a consultation and assessment so we can understand your condition and determine whether chiropractic care is appropriate for you.
