PHYSIOTHERAPY & REHABILITATION

Assessment First.
Treatment Built Around You.

Physiotherapy at RESET Recovery is designed around the individual rather than a standard set of procedures.

Your first appointment begins with a free consultation and functional assessment. We discuss your symptoms, medical history and physical activity before performing the necessary functional tests and movement assessment.

From there, we determine the likely source of the problem, identify any functional limitations and decide whether physiotherapy is appropriate for your condition.

If we can help, we create an individualized treatment plan that may combine several therapeutic methods, exercises and home-based work. Your progress is then monitored and the plan adapted when necessary.

The goal is not simply to perform individual procedures it is to restore movement, physical function and confidence in your body.
